So, I'm making the weight loss attempt once more. Gonna really give it a serious go this time. I've gotten myself on the treadmill every day, and am following the weight watchers plan. I'm being a very good girl. sigh
I'm also using the myfitnesspal tool, just as another way to keep myself accountable. My first weigh in will be Sunday. Fingers crossed that I see some progress. I'm so easily discouraged. Never really had a weight problem until recently, so it's extra difficult to stay motivated. I've got to do it, though. I am just way too unhappy looking this way.
