Gee, it was April the last time I blogged about starting my diet. And.....you guessed it. Gave up after 2 or 3 weeks. Sigh.
So, here we go once again. Started last week Monday. Not doing Weight Watchers this time. Its a great program, but I have to think too much about it. Get so caught up with it. This time, just using MyFitnessPal.com and counting calories. Learned some good tips on the other plan, will still follow them, but hoping this way will be less pressure.
Didn't get in as much exercise as I should have the first week, but will do more this week. Walked the treadmill yesterday. :P
First week results..........................................4 pounds! :)
