Week One Progress

The first week of dieting is always tough...finding the routine, the right foods, exercise. Got a bleeding blister on my heel after walking the treadmill this week. Only did 3 days, instead of the 4-5 that I should have done. Food wise, had a few splurges, a few unwise choices, a few glasses of wine....but didn't do too badly. Next week will be better.

First week is definitely the hardest, getting the right rhythm. But you are on the right path. 2 lbs is excellent. Well done, Beth x
